Tim and Kari have been coming to Cannon Beach since their college days and purchased their first vacation home here in 1991. In 2018, they bought SeaSpray, which has since become their primary residence. They also spend significant time at Zenith Vineyard, their vineyard and winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, and make SeaSpray available to guests when they are traveling or staying at the vineyard.

They also operate three short-term rental properties at Zenith and are Airbnb Superhosts, with more than 400 guest reviews across their properties.

Tim is the Managing Member of Zenith Vineyard and is active in Cannon Beach civic affairs. He serves on the City of Cannon Beach Budget Committee and has also served on the City’s Design Review Board.

Kari manages Zenith’s wedding and events business, where the winery hosts approximately 80 weddings and other events each year.

For Tim and Kari, SeaSpray is not simply a vacation rental—it is their home. They take great care in maintaining it and in making sure guests enjoy the same comfort, privacy, and sense of place that drew them to Cannon Beach more than four decades ago.
