SeaSpray is an oceanfront retreat designed for gathering—four private king suites, generous living and dining spaces, and a heated pool and spa overlooking the Pacific.
Throughout the house, thoughtful details make a stay at the coast exceptionally comfortable, from steam showers and heated bathroom floors to fireplaces, whole-home Sonos and a private 120-inch projection theater.
Four Private King Suites
SeaSpray is designed so no one has to settle for the spare room. Each of the house's four bedrooms features a California king bed and its own private ensuite bath, giving every guest the space and privacy of a suite.
Three bedrooms offer ocean views, including sweeping views of Haystack Rock from the upstairs north suite. Select suites feature gas fireplaces, heated bathroom floors and steam showers.
The Pool & Spa
Step from the living room onto the oceanfront deck and into SeaSpray's heated pool and integrated spa. The 13-by-31-foot pool is kept at 88°F year-round, while the spa heats to 104°F—making the water as inviting on a misty winter morning as it is on a summer afternoon.
The deck overlooks the dunes and Pacific, with comfortable outdoor seating, a hot-water outdoor shower and a generous built-in grilling station for evenings outside.
Made for Gathering
At the center of the house, the spacious living room looks out toward the ocean with plenty of room for everyone to settle in around the fireplace. At the touch of a button, a 120-inch projection screen drops from the ceiling, transforming the room into a private theater with immersive sound.
The adjoining dining room seats eight around a large farmhouse table, while the well-equipped kitchen is designed for groups who actually enjoy cooking together. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wet bar with bar fridge and well-stocked pantry to make everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner.
